Questionnaires

A set of questionnaire which contains 13 questions was released on December 2015. The purpose of this questionnaire is to look for answers and opinions from my respondent in order to strengthen and support my primary research and analysis. Here, is a list of questions which comes with an explanation.

Question 1 & 2 is set to get basic information regarding the age and gender of my respondent.

Question 3 is set to understand whether my respondent stays active or inactive in exercising.

Question 4 is set to understand my respondent's current health stat.

Question 5 is set to understand my respondent's eating habit as well as whether diet will lead to health issue.

Question 6 is set to find out my respondent's opinion towards food and architecture against unhealthy lifestyle.

After answering question 6, question 7 and 8 is set to find out in more detail about my respondent's opinion towards food and architecture against unhealthy lifestyle

separately.

Question 9 is set to find out my respondent's first thought about a staircase.

Question 10 is set to understand in which situation will someone use a lift rather than a staircase.

Question 11 is set to get the responses from my respondent whether they will prefer to use interactive staircase or not.

Question 12 is set to understand the respondent's preferable and comfortable way of using the staircase.

Question 13 is set to understand the respondent's movement pattern.
